>>13198420Not the same anon, but at this point, it almost seems like you're just trolling. Your muscles don't just automatically get bigger if you're exercising. You also need to be consuming enough calories. If you stop eating altogether, and just exercise, obviously you're not going to maintain all your body weight and muscle. If that's how physics and biology worked, then humans wouldn't need to eat anything at all. They could just workout everyday, since that in itself would prevent them from losing muscle mass.
>>13198196Also this. Eat more, and continue to workout. Once you get big enough that your biceps fill up an undershirt, then I would start cutting. Unless you're literally obese, you don't need to start with losing weight. You should start with working on some gains, and then once your muscles have really started to grow and adapt to physical exertion, then you can think about losing weight. If you're doing a large volume of exercise, especially endurance exercise, and you haven't worked on muscular strength in any real capacity, that is a recipe for both injury and shitty progress. That's why you always hear about people getting injured from shit like Crossfit - at least I do, anyhow - speaking of which, it seems like the Crossfit trend has really died down. That shit was a huge meme for awhile, like ca. 2013-2015.
