The spike binds to ACE2 receptor we need to CLEAVE Ang II into Ang 1-7..
Ang II raises blood pressure and heart rate
With ACE2 blocked and then "shed" by cells after the Spike Protein binds, leaves us unable to turn off the Ang II and high blood pressure causing all kinds of issues.
