I am going to be a senior in mechanical engineering at a decent state school next fall, and from everything I've heard so far, getting your MEng straight after your BS is a good idea if you have the time and money for it. Thus, I was wondering if other engineers on /sci/ would recommend doing so, and why or why not, as well as any universities around the nation (America) I should potentially apply to.
As of the end of my third year I have a 3.2 GPA and I have an internship this summer doing research at my university on vehicle dynamics.
I would also greatly appreciate any tips in general regarding the greater engineering career and/or field.
