Is this the next stage of evolution? Does this also prove male superiority?

Here are my thoughts. These individuals have dna which is more resistant to damage (like from radiation). Also if only one X chromosome is ever used, does that mean that all men have more dna available because both the X and Y chromosome are used? I mean women are only using one of their X chromosomes right?
