How do y'all cope with the military having a decent size black population? The military will force people to take an intelligence test (iq) to maximize productivity?

How is this bad? Keeps them on their best behavior. As far as military effectiveness goes they're all currently too busy memorizing pronouns and learning to hate wypipo to fight any nontrivial wars, so that's already a lost cause.

That's an over exaggerating. The military always had an anti-racism policy. Racism tend to not make you productive.

Anyways let's say it's 100% true. How do cope with black people iq being to low for western civilization but being smart enough to be in military?

If they thought it would make the military more efficient to have IQ tests for random rifleman they would do it. They have basically IQ tests for other positions but not for some guy going to clean the floors of a barracks and shoot people. You actually don’t need to be that smart to do these roles. You need a good work ethic and a will to do them. IE what boot camp is made to filter out people who don’t have these qualities out. Obviously you can’t be retarded but average or bellow average is fine.

You mean they started to change somewhat in WWII but didn't really integrate until Vietnam and even then racism was quite common in the ranks. Your definition of 'always' is quite different than the one most people use.
