In basically every case of COVID-19 that ends in a fatal outcome (which, statistically, isn't that many), COVID-19 kills people with lipid peroxidation and ferroptosis (iron-mediated cell death brought on by lipid peroxidation). This is preventable by raising levels of Vitamin D, E, Selenium, Cysteine, and Glutathione, all of which collectively have an antioxidant effect that protects the body against this damage, and avoiding dietary iron.
