Rape was common among pillaging. A type of colonization. Nowadays it's less violent and more manipulative. Just send kids down pipelines of coercion and eventually they "want" it. Same with any 18+ Hollywood starlet who would voluntarily offer herself.
Theft again we have all these convoluted games to get around it. There's still caveats if you need it. And some people operate more animalistically.

Morality generally spawns from symbiosis. If you can make everyone meritorious and you can broaden out the interests of people, you can make them gain value from respecting others.
Aside from that, again, it's just about the kind of way we want to grow.
I'm more inclined to just act and let my environment define it's boundaries. Too often people get swindled because they forget their animal.
