I knew a guy that drove himself and a passenger off a cliff & into the pacific ocean on his way home from a Grateful Dead concert, those were LSD deaths even if the drug-pusher media didn't report it that way. Another guy I knew ran out into the middle of the DC beltway around midnight one saturday night and got smashed to death by a truck because he was on LSD.
