As for the pharmaceutical companies, you don't really have a choice. If you get in a car accident and need medical attention, your EMT is going to use drugs and equipment manufactured by big pharma. Your doctor is going to use drugs and equipment manufactured by big pharma. At some point in time, you'll need big pharma medicine or equipment in your life, whether that is acetaminophen or aprotinin. The only other choice is that you can join all the facebook moms and insist on being treated by alternative medicines or spiritual healing.
As for these vaccines, the whole world has looked into them. Governments, universities, private medical practices, private labs, non-profits, ect. with plenty of scientists examining data. What is in them, what they do, ect. is all publicly available. Both from the companies themselves, and leaked to the public via third parties examining and synthesizing from what was left in discarded vaccine bottles. The consensus is they are safe. Is consensus infallible? No. Are they without risk? No. It's just that the consensus is they are much safer than risking Covid for both immediate and long term consequences. If you want to chime in and disagree, feel free, but you should be able to back up why you disagree with competing data.
