Why is /pol/ so autistic?

I'm posting this on /sci/ because I think I have a valid scientific or sociological explanation.

The first point of argument would be the echo chamber of /pol/. If you agree with most of the stuff on there, no one will present opposing viewpoints because anything that doesn't make the NEETS comfortable is immediately refuted with childish prattle and name calling instead of an actual argument. Some of the stuff on /pol/ is reasonable, but most of it is retarded because of the echo chamber of contrarian beliefs for the sake of being contrarian and not for the sake of logic.

The second point of argument would be the nature of polarization. If the media and the powers that be preach and publicize something, /pol/ and other obscure sites and boards with no censorship will say the opposite just to be a contrarian, no matter how retarded. If the media says they hate whites, /pol/ says they hate blacks. If the media says they like one thing, /pol/ says they hate it with all of their being. If the media and the powers that be say 2+2=4, /pol/ will say math is wrong. Most of what the media says IS indeed a lie, but being a contrarian for the sake of it is just illogical. On top of this, this behavior ironically supports and sustains the division among the people of the world because they refuse to unite against the real threat affecting all people.

The third point of argument would be the sense of identity people get from /pol/. People (ie NEETS) with no real personal achievements or goals in life turn to /pol/ just as much as some people turn to LGBTQ+ and other identity politics for a sense of identity OUTSIDE of hard work and personal effort. Having contrarian beliefs, mixed with an echo chamber that agrees with you ALWAYS, creates a sense of pride and identity for simply believing in something even if its retarded. People will chant and parade the superiority of their race (whatever it may be) and parade the superiority of their beliefs all day.

Ran out, Part 1/?
