I think it is important to combat the depression prior to combatting your lack of motivation. This is the stage I am at in my life anyway. Depression conquered, motivation growing slowly.

>>13183191This makes a lot of sense to me. My understanding of things like depression is that they are most often the result of negative brain circuits being reinforced by frequent use. By creating new circuits, this could trigger an avalanche of neurons shifting connections to reinforce the more positive new circuits instead. Especially if combined with something that could enhance neuroplasticity.
