Leaving for prison in a week. The only thing I'll have access to is pen, paper, and a basic calculator. I've tried to put together a bunch of books to keep myself busy and maybe actually learn something useful.

I have a degree in economics but studied engineering for three years before switching. I've taken calc I,II,III, diff eq, basic prob+stat, econometrics. I want to try to do more pure math but also learn some CS theory and also get better at econ/finance stuff.

Anyone have any good recommendations for books that are pretty self contained and you wouldn't need a computer to solve most of the problems?
