It's just a polynomial meme, nobody would say this and think "woah what a genius", except normies. Normal mathematicians will just go "oh look at that isn't it funny?" and go about their day. Doesn't matter who did it. Don't tell me this actually gets used for anything other than a meme? A is literally only defined as 0 when x is not 1, you can just rewrite it as that.
