i need your help, /sci/. i know dirac delta function is a single point that goes to infinity. but what is a single point that goes to some value called? bounded height dirac delta?

dirac delta d(x) is (heuristically) a function such that integral of d(x)f(x) gives you f(0). K*d(x) therefore integrates with f(x) to K*f(0). so it's a bit misleading to think of d(x) as infinity, it's "1*Infinity" and K*d(x) is "K*infinity". it's already built in.

You could use the Kronecker Delta, ie $k \cdot \delta_{x_0, x}$ would be a function in x that is k at x_0 and 0 everywhere else.
