Hello, I’m new to 4chan, so if threads related to this were posted I’m sorry. I have the first shot of the vaccine and I wanted to know if it’s safe. My family, including my grandma, got it and they’re fine. But I am skeptical because this whole mRNA thing seems new. No I have not taken a biology course so I really don’t know.

yeah. big big study and millions of people have already gotten moderna + pfizer and had it for months with very few notable side effects (note: there's a distinct possibility feel a bit sick when you get your second dose. that's normal, means your immune system thinks that the vaccine is like the virus and is getting practice activating the immune system for if it ever sees the real thing). people will try to scare you by saying long-term effects; we also don't know the long-term effects of covid, and that the virus is deadly right now.

there's schizo concerns that are essentially unverifiable without longterm results though the same could be said for covid itself, to the extent that any legitimate organization tested it the vaccine is considered safe. your downfall will probably be less interesting than a delayed apocalypse brought on by a malignant vaccine.

Everything points to them being safe, especially the mRNA ones. There no real reason to think there'll be long term side effects. It's the fear of new things, the fear of the unknown kicking in.

There have always been a very small amount of people getting some health issues after literally all vaccines and all drugs in history. We just have our eyes on anything that happens anywhere because it's a global vaccination.
