i can understand that it may be fun to scream, sing and listen to loud noise while getting drunker and drunked, it soothes the void in their purposeless life, having a distraction from their existence.

Yet it is higly annoying to have to hear that shit at Saturday night as it disturbs my rest, how can I deal with those subhumans? Any tech to shut down their noises? Any chemical or EMP I can release there that I can make in 5 minutes to destroy the electronics?
