I started working out again last year after a several year hiatus. I had and still have a few pounds to lose and was aiming for a recomp but switched more towards cutting cuz it was taking forever. I'm down 15 pounds now and my body feels more solid and my face looks better for sure, but I'm not dropping any sizes. Is this normal for recomp? I usually hear of people dropping sizes but not pounds but I'm the opposite. The weight I've lost is definitely not in the form of muscle as I feel way more solid and keep lifting heavier shit.
