I watched some videos years ago and a lot of it made sense but I didn't delve too deep. Recently I watched a bunch of them and found the brown dwarf/red giant anode sheath thing with planets orbiting inside to be a mind-blowing concept. If they're right, that could be the missing component in creating life in a laboratory.
