i had just assumed that this apogee character knew what he was talking about on the 25 tons on the leo-to-moon-to-leo thing but upon further review the math doesn't add up. the round trip is going to be north of 11 km/s but for the sake of argument let's say 10, you'll see why.
take moonship's wet mass on wikipedia of 1320 tons and a specific impulse of 380s and a mission delta v of 10 km/s. you get a final mass of 90 tons, which, coincidentally, is apogee's posited dry mass for moonship at 11:20 in the video. looks like negative mass margins to me.
