Bough myself a UV lamp (300-400nm) for my psoriasis. Haven't used it in a while since reading about cancer side effects etc.
My 2 questions are:
1) How much higher is the risk of cancer while using an UV lamp compared to just sunbathing? I'm a big proponent of sunbathing and will probably just go outside when it's sunny and warm.
2) Can you use an UV 300-400nm lamp in conjuction with a red light (R660nm-NIR850nm) lamp to get the "benefits" of both? If yes, do you use it at the same time or one after the other?
Any answer would be greatly appreciated
