|| refers to their size/density.
99999... / 10000.... = 1

h1 * 1/h2 = h2 * 0 = 1 = h1 / h2
an interesting case thus Pi (pi * 10000...), where Pi / E (you know) = 1.
well this is kind of obvious using limits.
lim x -> inf (x/x) = 1,
this is clear because |Pi| + |E| = h
