Economists simply are responsible for countless burst bubbles and crises, often because they have been too sure of their predictions. This isn't a conspiracy theory, there was no conspiracy, just ill-informed insecure economists like you.
If you were truly neutral, you would recognize that there is no such thing as a Nobel in economics and that it doesn't even matter if there were. That is not to say that the Nobel Memorial Prize isn't an impressive achievement. It is. It's just not a real Nobel Prize. It is laughably obvious that the only reason it exists is so the Sveriges Riksbank can fake legitimacy for its economists. They should have just made their own thing, like the Fields Medal (hurr durr math nobel) or Turing Award.
