Worst part is that they gaslight you into liking it and sometimes they choose their victims (i.e. they act very kindly to a brother and then they abuse their other brother).
Your doctor could be abusing others while telling you he's kind and could actually even have an entire well-constructed facade of fake empathy and virtuousness.

They abuse you, mutilate you and also ask for thousands, tens of thousands of dollars AT LEAST. And if you, by any chance, go through this problem WTF can you do? You think you can sue them for malpractice? You think you can sue them for bodily injury? Nope, it's not that easy. Most doctors are rich (they work at multiple hospitals) and they're protected by groups of lawyers and sets of laws that act in their advantage. So, good luck if you ever encounter a Cluster-B doctor. Roughly 50-75% of them are like this.
