Of course, what people don't tell you is the overwhelming amount of this genetic diversity is completely inconsequential in every way, think extremely small variations like changes in nose shape, eye shape, or just redundant variation, so small variations on already existing alleles. The low genetic diversity of whites is actually also a marker of positive selection, so selection for eye color, skin color, intelligence, ect. SNPs which are important undergo rapid positive selections, which can remove neutral or redundant diversity just as a statistical byproduct.
