An IQ score scores, where in "an ordered list" of "people's average score's" of "NEW DIFFERENT problems" (You) are.
100 means you scored the average of people who made the test, but weighting against age seems to me absolutely retarded. It would be easier to analyze average scores normalized to 100 just like that, then we would see how it is affected by age more clearly and what is the average for a certain age. It obscures more your performance taking age into account.
IQ is a pseud measurement of intelligence.
