>>13162617Birth Control reproductively selects against low testosterone, high intelligence men.
>Why?High time preference traits are selected against.
>Low time preference (low future-orientation) is associated with lower intelligence. High time preference trends positively with proper adherence to contraceptive schedules. In other words, dumber people forget to take The Pill, getting knocked up more often. As a grad student living in a trailer park for cost's sake, I can report that my lady doctor colleagues generally are postponing having kids, whereas my trailer park neighbors are having 3-5 kids by age 24, in a narrow 900 sqft manufactured home. My day-drinker trailer neighbor is not really that future-oriented, so life comes at him fast (including children).
Selection against low test men
>Well you might quickly object: "Hey, women PREFER feminized-face models of men when on The Pill!", but I counter that with "they only are attracted to beta-men when they are functionally-sterilized". Beta men are now getting taken advantage of and financially drained by manipulative STERILE women. There are countless Reddit posts of (presumably effeminate) men falling out of their female partner's good graces upon her cessation of birth control. That's because a woman OFF the pill is no longer attracted to an effeminate partner. That aforementioned pharmaceutically induced moment of female disillusionment is often posited to be a large factor in divorce initiations. She will quickly divorce and have an "accidental" child with a man she'd consider more naturally aggressive and masculine.Make no mistake, women have always chomped at the bit for a better partner, but these days beta men no longer have as secure of means of reproduction as they used to. Thus, while they are still financially drained dry, they're only yielded 1~2 offspring now, instead of 4~5 as was the case 70 years ago.
tl;dr: idiocracy intro. lower time preference + more aggressive future generations
