>1 month before major exams >tell myself I'm stopping any activities unrelated to studying until the exams are over, promise myself that I need to do well

>haven't studied a single thing so far and procrastinated the entire time
I always end up cramming 1 or 2 days before the exam because for some reason When I feel pressured my focus is much better and I learn more efficiently. I've always done well on assessments despite doing this and I feel like my brain keeps telling me that it will be okay because I have never suffered consequences for it even though I know it is a terrible habit.
Anyone else who was in a similar situation and trained themselves to study regularly? I can't keep living like this
