Why is it illegal to discriminate against someone for being physically disabled or certain kinds of mental retardation like dyslexia or being born in the 3rd world in hiring.

Yet its perfectly legal to give them a test they will certainly fail (an IQ test by another name) then use that to fail them?

Why aren't low IQ a protected class? shouldn't we have more diverse IQ ranges in top professions, board members, top medical fields?

You cant say no spics or blacks or lower class but you can give them a 2h cognitive ability test that most of them can't afford to spend doing and is filled with cultural questions they won't know because they didn't go to a private school + ivy.
