from a scientificc poitn of view. Is it possible to become extremely productive out of the blue?

tough i have a (shit) degree, held a job, had a bit of hobbyes and a social life,i have been mostly lazy my whole life, doing things only if i was absolutely forced to. And now i have no incentive for anything really.

but i decided to turn myself into an absolute force of will machine and for the last couple of weeks i think i succeeded. Other than 5-15 minute breaks from time to time, watching tv while i eat (no more than 30 mins) and shitposting here i literally spent 100% of my waking time doing productive stuff (cleaning, excersise, learning skills, doing proyects which get me money, reading, practicing my instrument).
So far it works well, some days im a bit tired and i cant focus so i try simple stuff, but i really try to force myself to not do anything that can be qualified as rest, ever. And it seems to be working, somedays i kinda zone out and i have to redo teh work i did, but overall the work is good, im certainly more productive than what i was with the previous "rest as much as possible and only do stuff if theres no hope"

my questions is, am i kidding myself? is there a fundamental reason i cant do this? i mean, i didnt do any kind of training but if zen monks can set themselves on fire without blinking its reasonable i can suddenly become a person with force of will? or am i setting myself up for failure? what should i pay attention to to avoid failure?
