But to answer your question—nearly everyone would likely die out very quickly. The vast majority of people wouldn't be able to handle it. Only a few people and their clones would remain. These would be only the most intelligent, strong, tough, adaptable, capable of coordination amongst themselves, and lucky. Eventually it would probably result in just one man and his clones remaining. They'd be extremely susceptible to things like viruses due to having almost no genetic diversity. There's a high probability that they get wiped out by some biological catastrophe as a result of that.
