Would you expect an advanced alien civilization such as those seen in sci fi which are advanced enough to easily travel space. Would you expect these aliens to have a sense of morality (ie killing intelligent creatures is inherently wrong)? Does technological and scientific advancement relate to increases in morality or compassion?
