Anything hardshell. The design you posted is a distant $2^{\rm nd}$ because although nice and rectangular it still looks a little like a woman's purse.

I carry a backpack to work. Others do as well. Satchels are for tryhard strivers.
Hard to imagine my father carrying a backpack tho, he worse suits and a tie to work. Soon ill make more money than he ever did and ill finally be able to buy class.
