It seems like it is a meme. Where does this distribution come from? Why do we want 50/50 gender split in our workforce?

How come I don't see that in construction jobs? How come the information used to identify us at a cellular level is now being called a social construct, despite it literally encoding everything we are? If it is a construct caused by society, then how come every mammal has the same thing that determines its behavior (alongside interactions with the environment)

How did this world get so fucked?
