What do you mean by easiest? If you have a BBQ you can bring it in a room, seal all the vents and then burn through some propane tanks which are easy to buy for a lay person. This will also lower the O2 concentration in the room if you're interested.

propane burning CO2 generators are what the horticultural industry and all the university ag research uses
the model you want has to do with how big of a room or greenhouse you have and how high you want the CO2 level.
neither the expert in industry and academia have any misgivings about intentionally creating large amounts of excess CO2, global warming is completely fake, its just a big media hoax like coronavirus
anyone who feel for either one is very gullible and dumb
