if you've got a dyson swarm or sphere, you've also got enough energy to do whatever the hell it is you wish to do, including global air conditioning. with that much energy, doing some light terraforming would move out of impossible and into trivial. if you can harness that energy, you can sure as hell harness it to do what it was already doing before. a few clever mirrors and it'd be like there was no dyson structure at all, as seen from earth.
what actually changes is that we can freely abandon nearly every other form of energy production. every other source of energy would become the fixation of hobbyists and otherwise a series of footnotes in history.
i'm not sure we'd actually know what to do with all that power, though. i'd recommend mining some asteroids, building some more advanced infrastructure, stockpiling some resources. everything changes, except us, i guess.
