But david Fravor has said he saw it with his eyes and judged it says to be equal to an his f16 en said it had no exhaust or any visible means of propulsion and it observed him and then dissappeared

I'm betting it has something to do with the way the tic-tac's hull is engineered. For the sake of argument, let's just assume there's a hyper-advanced tic tac out there, von Neumann probe/scout or whatever. That hull's gotta have some sort of crazy non-interactive properties which would explain why it could go so fast breaking the sound barrier. My thought is that whatever massive energy source it uses is also allowing it to negate its mass somehow. I wanna say I saw some report on engineered materials somebody found from a supposed crash site that had a level of atomic metallurgic engineering which would do strange things, given how tightly spaced the individual atoms were, but I forget the specifics.
