First to a senior proffessor on your specific field. Then to a researcher working with something similar, to a conference where mixed researchers of different backgrounds will see you, to other phd students not in your field, to highschoolers and to a 6 year old kid.
You do not need to present it to anyone, but you might want to make a recording of yourself and look back on it.
This will help you find what is important to present and what can be left to an article which you reference to.
