What are the chances that the MRNA technology they're using in the new vaccine has long term effects in five or ten years?

You are rewriting part of your DNA. And trusting that companies and the government are they giving you exactly what they claim is a spike protein. But I don't trust the US government as no one really should and I have hesitations.
