Vaccine, unless it was the second dose or something, has no effect here.

He should most likely be okay. Unlikely he will get seriously sick, but possible none the less.

This but you need to also make sure to take extra magnesium and vitamin k2 100mcg if you can get it, if not you're going to have issues with diarrhoea, heart palpitations and bone decalcification and if you do it for long enough you could develop kidney stones. Elevated levels of vitamin D should also not be done on a high dairy(i.e. high calcium) diet.
