Shuffle the containers behind ur back so you lose track which one is which, then grab one container (don't look at the label) and swallow a pill, place that container into box labeled "this is the one I took"
Write down how you're feeling, did the pill alleviate your symptoms or not? You don't know whether you took placebo or real drug now, which is what we wanted
After a few days check the box to know whether you took placebo or real drug
