The problem with demoralization is that it usually takes at least one generation to show.
Sadly the USSR fell before it could benefit from their massive efforts.
You could bet your ass off that the U.S. wouldve suffered from massive civil unrest if the demoralization efforts from the USSR continued all the way until 2021.
