Is there any scientific proof on "the exitence of a soul".
I only heard from people talking "there is scientific proof on the exitence of souls".

That is some fucking nonsense. A soul is like "pi", it's an object in Plato's realm. Soul isn't "energy", it's computation, and computations can continue in different computers, or not. My soul is the number whose digits encode my brain's internal computation within some computing cellular automaton, say Conway's game of life, this number is what I am.
