How do I improve personal efficiency?

I like to study, and so my day basically consists of studying + some work (
This is my schedule
6:00 - 6:30 : breakfast, math videos on yt
6:30 - 7:00 playing a game while listening to an audiobook
7-10: math
10-10:30 yoga
10:30-11:00 flashcards
11:00-11:30 dinner, math videos on yt
11:30-12:00 math videos on yt
12-15 math
15-18 german + some more math
18-19 finish flashcards -> browse /sci/
19-21 programming
19-24 sleep
24-03 programming
03-06 sleep
i eat 4-5 meals (7,11,13,15,16) and drink 3l of water every day.

I'm concerned about efficiency because I'm studying for IMO (I'm 18, been here since I was 12)) and am nowhere near done with the material that I have.
the 6:30-7:00 is necessary because I have Gilbert's Syndrome and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (i lie down on the left-side of my body which improves digestion)
