Even if very unlikely, vaccinated people could somehow loose some of their produced antigenes (you didn't mix blood with your friends, did you?) but for a real viral vaccine you need vektors that multiply themselves in your body besides telling your cells to produce antigenes and are easily transmitted.
Sometimes a badly stored or filtered vaccine can have a few active vektor virus like that on accident though.
So even if they got a really bad sputnik charge you probably just catched a random bug from them.
I love that the fear of being vaccinated for free brings antivaxx people to finally wear masks properly in public though so spread the word: theoretically it IS possible!
