Trying to motivate my little sister to work harder in school.

3.1 GPA first year general sciences
No self confidence to go for med school or dental
Settling for pharmacy
Doesn't think she can get the 3.9 to make it into med.

Feels bad bros. I tried telling her to study harder. I think she could make a great doctor but she just needs to apply her self in school to improve her GPA.

How do you even motivate someone when they've already given up on themselves?
