Aren't antibodies only one part, of one part, of the immune system? What about all the other stuff like

NATURAL KILLER CELLS
KILLER T CELLS
GAMMA DELTA T CELLS

and any and all other parts of the immune system. Genuinely asking, I have no science education. Am I missing something or are they deliberately distorting their descriptions of the immune system to people through the media and governments? You hear and read
