In all seriousness, we will have to know about it years, or better decades in advance, to do something. I suppose, a single nuke would be enough to somewhat change its trajectory, although it all depends on asteroid materials, age, density, etc. Metallic ones, are the most dangerous, as they have the best chances to survive reentry/contact with atmosphere.
