Grains

all I see if people eat predominately grain food, especially breads.
and not just that they'll throw in starch based food with the grain based food as pretend it's a real and normal meal.
then they'll eat vegetables which is literally indigestible plant matter.
I mean this kind of diet can't be healthy right?
I eat a predominately meat and dairy based diet. I eat veggies for micro nutrients, but not as actual food, it's literally not food I can eat a whole plate of broccoli but I'm really eating nothing.
I also eat soups and stews.
but I don't get this thing about eating bread with grain with starch with indigestible veggies and then calling it a meal.
and all this corn suyrip shit in their grain pastries.
that's all the eat I swear is grains filled with sugar and shit.
yesterday I ate a whole chicken for the day's food and I dipped it in hot sauce and had some beans and that was it.
meanwhile the average american had bread served with what tortilla burrito with potatoes and lettuce and tomato inside it with a side of coke and pastry.
I only like deserts that are dairy based, and I often find them overly saccharine.
i feel constantly pressured to fall into this trap, like it's a scheme or something.
what are the heath affects of this hyper carb based diet of Americans and Europeans?
