People focus on GPA on this thread, but consider extracurricular opportunities and involvement - something poorer communities won't have much of, but rich white ones almost certainly will.
Not only that- the essay portion of the application will hold more weight, favoring those who had the resources in school to improve their writing. Tutors paid to write essays for students will now give richer kids a massive advantage.
Consider letters of recommendation, research opportunities for highschoolers, the list goes on.
The entire point of standardized testing was meant to minimize, NOT eliminate, these issues. Of all the factors influenced by race and wealth, test scores were he least affected. Students will be harmed for this unless some other tool is implemented to counteract these affects. But blind affirmative action will harm more capable students.
In the end, this only makes students from poorer backgrounds much less likely to get accepted. It wont be long until those campuses are almost entirely white/asian.
