The image artifacts: that's just due to the jpg format. The original images were on film, so they would have no artifacts to begin with
The artifacts in the video clips: video compression, here is a clip I converted to a webm yesterday and it got some artifacts and glitches added to it. Later on there's a clip of a kid asking the astronaut to do a somersault, and if it was live footage, how did they CGI out the harnesses? And in general, if they were trying to pull off this massive global hoax, why would they be so sloppy with the footage, when even a run of the mill Hollywood movie will do a better job at hiding the special effects?
The bubbles: More like random debris, or even small particles causing artifacts in the camera
The Mars footage: they test the prototypes in environments similar to the surface of Mars
Van Allen belt: It's a solved problem, just go through the thinnest part at the poles. Even then, a lot of the Apollo astronauts got some adverse health effects from it, such as cataracts in their eyes. But it's not something that will just instantly fry you alive
